Adegoke “Goke” Olubusi is one of Africa’s brightest entrepreneurs leading technology disruptions across the continent. He is Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Helium Health, Africa’s leading healthcare technology platform backed with over $12.5M in funding from Y Combinator, Tencent, The World Bank GEM Project , and more.

Goke founded Helium Health in 2016 with his close friends, Tito Ovia and Dimeji Sofowora, to accelerate Africa’s transition into a data and technology-driven healthcare sector. Previously, he founded two of the largest social platforms and productivity suites in Africa with over 30 million users.

Goke continues to be at the forefront of technological disruptions across Africa with his various initiatives and collaborations from time to time. Passionate about supporting transformative companies, Goke is also the Managing Partner of Magic Fund, an early-stage venture capital firm based in California. Magic Fund has backed over 150 high-performing startups such as Payfazz, Kiwi, Retool, Bank Novo, Proof Trading, Sunhouse, Py (acq. Hired), and more. In 2021, Magic Fund launched their Fund II of $30m.

Goke received a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Morgan State University, and a Master of Science in Engineering/Industrial Management from Johns Hopkins Whiting School of Engineering. Goke started his career in technology, building payment systems at Goldman Sachs, eBay, and PayPal.

Goke is a 2019 Forbes 30 Under 30 Honoree, Future Africa Awards Honoree, and a recipient of several notable awards across the globe from Chevron, Northrop Grumman, Lockheed Martin, Etisalat, the State of Maryland, and the Nigerian President. He has been featured on RefinedNG, CNN, TechCrunch, Forbes, Yahoo Finance, Entrepreneur, and CNBC.

Goke is a Board Member at Bamboo, a startup providing access to investment opportunities for Africans.
