Osinbajo and his security aides were joined by other Nigerians to pull the victims from the vehicle. Initially, the reports posted online claimed to be the Vice President’s car.
The VP was on his way to Ondo for a condolence visit over the massacre of Catholic worshippers which occurred on Sunday morning, according to his office.
The crash however comes three years after Osinbajo survived a chopper crash.
