It’s interesting to know that two former presidents of America, Abraham Lincoln, and John F. Kennedy had a lot of things in common. As a matter of fact, the striking coincidences they share have stirred reactions from people internationally. We’ll share five of them. Enjoy.
- On the 6th of November 1860, Abraham Lincoln became the president of the United State of America. Exactly 100 years later John F. Kennedy was also elected President.
- Both Presidents were succeeded by Southerners named Johnson.
- John F. Kennedy had a secretary whose last name was Lincoln (Evelyn Lincoln) and Lincoln had a secretary whose last name was Kennedy (John A. Kennedy)
- Abraham Lincoln was shot in a theatre and his Assassin was captured in a warehouse. Kennedy was also shot from a warehouse and his assassin was captured in a theatre
- Lincoln was shot in Ford’s theatre while Kennedy was shot in a Ford Lincoln
