One year after the death of popular music star, Sound Sultan, his family decided to release the album he was working on before his demise – Reality CHQ.
The listening party for the album, Reality CHQ, was held across three cities on Sunday night. The event was held in New York, London, and in Victoria Island, Lagos State.
Today, July 11th, marks one year since the death of the music star.
Sound Sultan’s brother, Baba dee in a video at the listening party said, “We are having the one-year remembrance of Sound Sultan, iconic Nigerian singer and we are having his official listening party for the album, Reality CHQ. This was the album Sound Sultan was working on before he answered the call of the Almighty. This is a very special project.”
Sound Sultan died of throat cancer on Sunday, July 11, 2021 in the US. According to Islamic rites, he was buried immediately.
