Mompha Regains Freedom, Drops Suit Against EFCC

Real estate mogul, Mompha has been released from prison, following his arrest by the EFCC. The rearrest took place on August 14 in connection with N32bn fraud charges he’s alleged of by the EFCC. The lawyer to the ostentatious, controversial socialite had confirmed his release on bail adding that Mompha had withdrawn the N5m fundamental rights suit he filed against the EFCC to Challenge his rearrest. Recall that this is Mompha’s second time of being docked by the EFCC
