Popular gospel singer, Sammie Okposo, has been announced dead. He was aged 51.
News about his death was shared by a close relative who said the late Okposo slumped and died on Friday morning.
His death comes 15 hours after he posted a Throwback photo of his Praise Party on his verified Instagram page on Thursday.
Born on May 30, 1971, Sammie Okposo was an international Nigerian gospel artist. He was also a music producer, Psalmist, and CEO of Zamar Entertainment.
His first album “Addicted” was released in in 2004.
