The Academic Staff Union of University (Asuu) has called off its 10-months-old strike following demands almost fully met by the Federal Government.
The union finally agrees to call off its 10-month-old strike following an agreement reached in the early hours on Wednesday morning after eight-hour close door meeting of negotiations between both parties.
In a recent post by ASUU on their Twitter page, the union confirmed that the strike is conditionally suspended.
“#BREAKING: ASUU suspends 10months strike conditionally. Congratulations to all undergraduates. #ASUU,” it wrote.
