Bobrisky Reacts To New Bill Putting Him And Other Crossdressers At Risk

Popular Nigerian crossdresser, Idris Okuneye, popularly called Bobrisky has reacted to the bill seeking to ban cross-dressing in Nigeria.

On Tuesday, April 5, a member of the House of Representatives, Umar Muda presented before the chamber a bill seeking to stop cross-dressers like Derenle, Bobrisky, James Brown, and others from cross-dressing.The bill was said to pass its first reading on the floor of the House on Tuesday.

With this, cross-dressers are now at a 6-month risk of being imprisoned if passed.Bobrisky, well-known for his presence on social media including Snapchat, Twitter and Instagram has reacted to the bill.

The cross-dresser, via micro- blogging platform, Twitter listed all the issues faced in Nigeria. According to them, Lawmakers should be quick in their decisions since cross-dressing amongst other things is a major issue of concern the government needs to tackle at this time.

”The good thing about this bill is that:
1) it will finally solve Nigeria’s insecurity challenges
2) improve power supply
3) end ASUU strike
4) repair the negative impression foreigners have about Nigeria
5) cause the reduction of prices of items in the market.
