Dr Folashade Yemi-Esan , the head of civil service of the federation has said that the Nigeria n Medical Association and the Academic staff union of Universities as well as their affiliate s, were not recognized labour unions in the public service.

She also stated that the Federal Government was considering adding twos additional council s in the education and health sectors.
